Quality Objective

  • Maintain ISO/IEC 17065 accreditation as product certification body.
  • Maintain and improve employee competencies involve in certification (technical, auditors and technical assistant)  through training.
  • Improved overall quality of service through continuous improvement by conducting a management review twice a year and internal audit at lease once a year.
  • To ensure service impartiality will go through periodic review by conducting risk assessment.
  • Review procedures documented used by FRIM PCS once every three (3) years.
  • Perform a conduct peer assessment for the auditor at least once in three (3) years.
  • Perform at least:
    i. 5 new company for furniture certification scheme, green certification scheme and  fire resistant door scheme.
    ii. 80 existing company retained certification.
  • Website update.
  • Perform any promotion activities involved in Product Certification Services (PCS).
