Improved overall quality of service through continuous improvement by conducting a management review twice a year and internal audit at lease once a year.
To ensure service impartiality will go through periodic review by conducting risk assessment.
Review procedures documented used by FRIM PCS once every three (3) years.
Perform a conduct peer assessment for the auditor at least once in three (3) years.
Perform at least: i. 5 new company for furniture certification scheme, green certification scheme and fire resistant door scheme. ii. 80 existing company retained certification.
