Quality Objective

Maintain ISO/IEC 17065 accreditation as product certification body.
Maintain and improve employee competencies involve in certification (technical, auditors and technical assistant) through training.
Improved overall quality of service through continuous improvement by conducting a management review twice a year and internal audit at lease once a year.
To ensure service impartiality will go through periodic review by conducting risk assessment.
Review procedures documented used by FRIM PCS once every three (3) years.
Perform a conduct peer assessment for the auditor at least once in three (3) years.
Perform at least:
i. 5 new company for furniture certification scheme, green certification scheme and fire resistant door scheme.
ii. 80 existing company retained certification.
Website update.
Perform any promotion activities involved in Product Certification Services (PCS).
